Deacidification of palm oil refining machine :This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock, then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye, soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom.

In normal situation, there is pigment in the crude oil, we need to using the active clay to absorb thepigment away, after 20 mins, we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get light color oil, you need to add more active clay . That is mean, the customer can accord to hisrequirement to control the oil color. This process is carried out under the vacuum condition.

Deodorization and Dehydration of palm oil refining machine :Usually ,there are some odors in the crude oil, it affects the quality of the edible oil . About our refining process, we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . General speaking there is about 0.5% water in the alkali refined oil, in the deodorization pot, thetemperature is very high, it also can finish the dehydration section.

80TPH palm oil plant with CE,ISO

We have made 40t/h and 80t/h palm oil mill machine for in Ghana,and we have cooperate with Sinar Mas Group in Ghana,hope you can visit those project if you want.

Palm oil production main process:

1. After transport the FFB to palm oil mill ,the fruits will go to stelizer by conveyor or palm fruit cage.

2. After seperate palm fruits and palm bunch by thresher,Palm fruits will be conveyed to palm oil pressers to get CPO.Palm bunch can be used as fetilizer or fuel.

3. After pressing,we can get palm cake and palm nut.Palm nuts will be conveyed to palm recovery system to get palm kernels,fiber,palm shell.Palm cake will be conveyed to boiler roon as well.

4. After filtering,centrifuging,vacuum drying ,we can get crude palm oil (CPO),The CPO can be sold directly or use for futher processing.

5. The sewage from all the plant will be processed by sewage treatment to reach discharge standard.Sludge can be used for fertilizer in palm plantation.All the process cycle features with short operation cyclye ,high automaticity,energy conservation and environment protection.
Reception of palm oil mill: The FFB bunch be transported to plant by truck, after be weighted by weighting bridge, the FFB will be loaded down to FFB Loading Ramp.

Sterilization of palm oil mill: 1.By Scraper Conveyor, FFB be transported to the top of sterilizing tank.

2. Sterilizing tank: Adopt vertical type sterilizer, Welded up by Q235B material (Chemical composition:C 0.12~0.2%,Si 0.12~0.3%,Mm 0.3~0.7%,P


3. After FFB be transported into sterilizing tank (202), close the inlet of sterilizing tank, and open the vent valve behind the tank, saturating steam, which pressure is 3bar and temperature is around 130. After all cool air been discharged out, close vent valve, proceed to sterilizing section. Sterilizing time is 55~120minutes.

4. The sterilizing time also should be depend on the kind and quality of FFB, if the pressure is too high or the time is too long, palm fruit will be rot, also Resulting in the loss of oil, high temperature can change palm color.

5. Finish sterilizing process, close the steam valve, open the valve lead to Blow-off/down Silencer. Open the sterilizing tank door(FFB outlet) after discharges out all steam and water.

6. Open the sterilizing tank door(outlet), sterilized FFB will fall on the FFB Scraper conveyor. Be transported to next station.

Threshing of palm oil mill:

Separate the fruit from the bunch through strong vibrating.

1.The sterilized FFB will be transport to thresher platform by scraper conveyor.

2.We adopt advanced Drum type thresher, insider diameter is 1800mm, length is 5000mm. The material of main shaft is #45 steel (main chemical composition is C0.42~0.50%, Si0.17~0.37%, Mm0.50~0.30%, P0.035%, S0.035%, Cr0.25%, Ni0.25%, Cu0.025%).

3.Sterilized FFB be twisted and knocked in thresher. Palm fruit will be separated from empty bunch totally, fall on Fruit Scraper conveyor though fence, the empty bunch will be transported to Bunch Temporary tank by Bunch Scraper conveyor.

Digesting of palm mill:

Pressing station: 1. The palm fruit is transported to Crush tank by fruit elevator.

2.The fruit in crush tank will be heated to 90~95(by indirect steam), crush time is 10~20 minutes.

3.The pounded fruit flow into Palm fruit oil presse to press. Oil press cone can control cylinder, working pressure is 50~70bar, revolving speed of presser main shaft is 12.5 r/min. Meanwhile the mixture of crude palm oil and water outflow from barrel holes. Crude oil will be flow in Temporary Storage oil tank through crude oil groove. Then oil will be pumped to Screening filter by oil pump. After filtering remove the oil foam, deposit impurities. Palm oil flow into Passivating oil tank. The fiber cake and nuts are exhausted from clearance of cone head drop on Breaking cake auger .

4. Palm fruit oil presser, the material of main shaft is 40Cr steel, (Chemical component: C 0.37~0.44%,Si 0.17~0.37%,Mn 0.50~0.80%,Cr 0.80~1.10%) have been thermal refining, the material of worm and cone head is 45# Cast-Steel, and the surface have quenching treatment.

Clarification of palm oil mill:

1. After removing the fiber and oil residue by Screening filter, palm crude oil flow into Passivating oil tank.

2. The passivating oil tank will be inlet indirect steam and directly steam, after passivation treatment palm oil and water mixture will be pumped to High level tank by Chemical centrifugal pump, then flow into Clarifying tank stably.

3. There is steam pipe coil in clarifying tank, which can make water oil dilution ratio stable, and separate water from mixture. And there is oil and sewage outlet, in case the oil flowing will be short circuit, keep oil temperature around 100. After remove sludge by filter, the water will return clarification tank to keep the water and oil ratio. The waste water be discharged by another drain-pipe, which with special structure.

4. Clarified oil flow into storage oil tank from discharge hole of clarification tank, after

Disc-type separator remove moisture in the oil, then though Plate heat exchanger heating to 105, remove residual moisture out from oil by Vacuum drier.

5. Vacuum degree of vacuum drying is achieved by Vacuum pump . The power of vacuum pump is 5.5kw, adiabaticpressure is 23mmHg, the maximum capacity of exhaust is 120m3/h.

6. The oil have been dried pumped to pure oil tank by Shielding pumps .

7. When the oil temperature in pure oil tank is about 50, oil will be pumped to produced oil tank by gear oil pump.
